First off, delicious brisket.. highly recommend!! Overall, the food was extremely flavorful and fresh. Other than the brisket, I particularly enjoyed the Mac N cheese and the blueberry cobbler for dessert.. yum! The staff was caring and quick… all were very attentive. The atmosphere is family-friendly and welcoming.. yet also has a great bar. Give this place a try, I know I will definitely be back!!

Went to republic BBQ for the opening and I’m so impressed! The food was excellent, portions were great, and the service was very fast! The owners were extremely kind and attentive and were walking around the whole time making sure that customers were taken care of! Can’t wait to revisit! I def recommend the 3 meat plate with ribs, lean brisket, and jalapeño sausage! Also loved the Mac n cheese and beans! Thank you!

Ordered a loaded baked potato with jalapeño sausage and a 1 meat plate with brisket. The potato was perfectly cooked and absolutely delicious, especially with the sausage. I had to try the brisket. The moist brisket was the perfect consistency and had such a wood fired smoked flavor that you love to taste in your BBQ. I got Mac and cheese and coleslaw, but tasted fabulous. They were really busy when I got there, but was still overall very satisfied. Will certainly be frequenting this new spot!!

My family and I had an excellent experience whilst eating here on Labor Day! Albeit busy, the food was delicious and service was exceptional. I will definitely be returning soon!
